The mission of the National Dance Foundation of Bermuda is to help raise the standard of dance excellence in Bermuda by providing world-class training to the Island’s talented dancers, teachers and choreographers. As a registered charity and a company limited by guaranty, the Foundation is funded by private, corporate and Government donors who believe in the positive impact that dance has on the development of Bermuda’s youth and who invest in programmes and scholarships that benefit hundreds of students across the Island.

The Foundation’s fifth International Summer Dance Institute
concluded on August 21, 2009.

It was once again a wonderful three-week intensive and hosted close to 70 students.

Seven talented students who distinguished themselves during the programme were awarded to Catherine Zeta-Jones Scholarships immediately after the workshop performances at Bermuda High School on Friday August 21, 2009.

FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS
